Hey there 👋, we’re excited you’ve decided to give Parle a try. To ensure you’re getting the most value possible, we’ve created these documentation pages that will hopefully make the product easier to use and get started with.

Your first step after creating an account is to start identifying your users. Parle becomes much more powerful once it starts receiving your user data.

Our getting started guide is a great resource to get you up and running with identifying your users.

You can also begin creating emails and in-app messages.

Ultimately, the goal is to create automation workflows once your data is in place. The most common workflow for new Parle users is an onboarding sequence. When you have a new sign-up, if you’ve deployed your integration and are identifying your users, Parle will recognize this new user and can trigger a workflow to send relevant emails and in-app messages.
